It remi...your bowl of goodness looks awesome Nikki! It remindes me of something my mother used to make when we had extra apples laying around. The big difference with what she would do is she used a cheese grater to grate the apples, usually mixing a few different types as one apple yeilds about a 3/4 cup of shreddings. She then added lemon juice to keep the apples from browning, cinnimon, raisins, walnuts, flax, and what ever other fruits and nuts were hanging about the kitchen.
