Last week my friend, Kaely, stayed at the apartment for about a week. Her boyfriend is a vegan so she has been practicing lots of vegan cooking. One morning she wipped up a delicious breakfast for the two of us. Yummy, Yummy, Yummy is all I can say!
On the menu was an italian version of a tofu scramble with a side of toast topped with an avocado/hummus spread! Killer breakfast!!!! After this meal, she is welcome over anytime she wants.
So the videos of Kaely making the food aren't working but here is one of the finish product.
