Green SUPERfood Smoothies

These drinks are incredible. Not only do they taste good but they are packed with more nutrients than you can imagine. To list a few, these green Superfood Smoothies contain:
  • Vitamin B6
  • Vitamin C
  • Potassium
  • Dietary Fiber
  • Manganese
  • Calcium
  • Carotene
  • Iron
Plus plenty more! Let alone, goji berries contain 18 amino acids and 21 trace minerals. This drink will get you ready to rock the day!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Banana
  • 16 oz. water
  • 1 Large handful of Spinach
  • 1 TSP flaxseed
  • 1 Scoop (10g) of Trader Joe's 'Super Green Drink Powder Berry Flavor)
  • 1 Scoop (8g) of Whole Foods Colon Cleanse (High Fiber)
  • 1 TSP Whole Foods Bee Pollen
  • 1 TBS Goji Berries
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice (optional)
Directions:

Blend all together, this usually makes me two large glasses.

It's absolutely amazing for your body and a great way to start the day. I just created the recipe and added things here and there. It tastes really good and has endless amounts of nutrition. ENJOY!
