I tend to not eat many frozen meals because I like making fresh meals and I don't trust all of the ingredients in the meals. The sodium levels are usually very high and the food doesn't look anything like the cover it shows. This bowl was very good and surprisingly looked exactly like its cover. It had a good amount of veggies and the flavors worked well together. This is gluten free also. The only bad thing that I can find about this dish is that it's pricey. But most people realize that we pay more money for healthier food. All in all, this meal was really good. It was a healthy meal that only took a few minutes to cook.
